I have been doing the same thing so I am not going to weigh every morning for awhile. I tested today and I am in good ketosis. My test strip turned the dark purple that is the next to the last. Yipee!

Oh its been about 24 years since I weighed what you weigh. I just remember wearing jeans that were loose and not pounding the floor when I walked (and also being able to sit on the floor and get back up LOL) I hope I stick to this plan to make it to your weight. In the mean time I get to watch your numbers keep going down, down and bring back more memories for me

You will get here! I weighed 254 in 2005. I found out I was diabetic. It was an eye opener for me. I began on a diabetic exchange diet, but I was concentrating so much on what I was allowed to eat next that it just wasn't working for me. So I researched and found the Atkins plan. I stuck to it. After getting down around 210, I finally felt that I could start walking for exercise. I started slowly and worked up to 5.5 miles a day and one day a week I walked 7.5 miles a day. It took a lot of willpower and a lot of hard work, but I finally succeeded to get down to 170 lbs. If I can do it, you can too! I believe in you and I will be right here cheering you on to the finish line.
