And your goal of just staying on plan is a great one - especially during this party season coming up - it starts this week and goes for a month - That is my goal too -- it starts this thursday with U.S. Thanksgiving - I have decided I may have a small small portion of mashed potatoes with gravy - it is the only time of year I do that - and I will decide that day if I will feel that I am deprived if I don't have it - I will be good without the pumpkin pie - because I found a recipe for pumpkin bake I made last week and will make again this week - takes care of that pumpkin pie craving -- and where we are going -- their stuffing/dressing isn't mine

so I won't miss that

so I should be good ....
PLUS I am working on having my total loss be 100lbs by my doctor visit on the 30th - that will really help me stay on plan --- And I have one stupid stubborn stinking half lb to lose to make that

I'm actually hoping for the whoosh fairy to come stay at my house for awhile so I can be past that by then.
