Default Induction Flu?

Hi, I have been on induction for a little over a month now, I am definitely in ketosis and have lost 14 lbs. At the beginning of eating like this, I never felt bad, only way better! My stomach issues went away and I was just feeling great! I'm not doing anything any different than I have been, and now all of a sudden I am having bad stomach problems, especially at night. And this morning I have been feeling very nauseous. Could this be induction flu, even though its been a month since I've been eating like this? Any thoughts?

I've been on Atkins almost a month too but I am not experiencing the same. Maybe you ate something bad?? Maybe eating "lighther" a night could help.

What is your menu like???

Breakfast: Bacon and eggs
Lunch: sometimes chicken salad or a hamburger patty with a salad or leftovers from the night before
Dinner: I've been trying some low carb recipes from genaw.com and a salad or some type of vegetable

I've been eating plenty early in the evening and I eat until I'm satisfied, but I'm not very hungry here lately, so I'm kind of forcing myself to eat. But I do feel like I'm eating enough and definitely not too much!
