I'm already feeling better. I'm less bloated, not as hungry, and I have more energy. Why did I take a break? I could have been at my goal weight! Oh well. Another 10 hour shift today, I didn't eat anything but a cup of olives and like 6 glasses of water at work. I was so busy I didn't even know how hungry I was until I got home at 8:30 and devoured a bacon egg and cheese scramble. I'll probably throw together a salad to eat before bed and then it's my third 10 hour shift in a row tomorrow! Good luck everyone!
