I'm already feeling better. I'm less bloated, not as hungry, and I have more energy. Why did I take a break? I could have been at my goal weight! Oh well. Another 10 hour shift today, I didn't eat anything but a cup of olives and like 6 glasses of water at work. I was so busy I didn't even know how hungry I was until I got home at 8:30 and devoured a bacon egg and cheese scramble. I'll probably throw together a salad to eat before bed and then it's my third 10 hour shift in a row tomorrow! Good luck everyone!

Hi Everyone,
I am in my third week of Adkins and have lost 10 pounds! Previously I was on the ideal protein diet and did well but I gained all the weight back. I love the Adkins plan much better and I feel more statisfied. I guess the ideal protein wasn't for me. I enjoy reading this forum and learning from all of you!

Today is day five and I'm down five pounds! This is the best I've felt in months. Hope everyone is doing well! Today is my day off so I have lots of laundry and cleaning to do. Maybe I'll go for a long walk later.

Glad too see everyone is doing ok. I have been so exhausted feeling for the last 2 days. I need to get into the gym and do SOMETHING, anything. I've been swimming with my son and taking him to the park a lot lately. I just started physical therapy for my plethora of issues, so hopefully I will be able to do more without pain soon. Hope everyone has a good day.
