So, no 151 for me... in fact it was 153!!! So I am up a pound

... It could be a number of things, changed BC, TOM is not quite done with me yet... so I am not too worried about it, I wish it was the other way around (1 pound down) but Oh Well!! I still feel great and full of energy and not miserable! I just need to step it up with the gym because I only went once! and as we all know, EXERCISE IS NOT NEGOTIABLE!
Summer, I am sure you will find your motivation. Remember how good it feels to be full of energy and not being bloated!! Also, there is no way you "gained" 6 lbs in 3 days. That's just water retention. Even if you don't go back to Atkins just do something that will make you feel good.
Lindy: I will try those squats! At least a few times a days and see how that works for me!
