Default Newbie goes to work...

Hi ladies!

As you all can probably tell, I am a total Atkins newbie! What do you guys pack in your lunch for work? I feel like all I can pack in advance is lunch meat and cheese slices, oh and chef's salads. Any other ideas?

Thank you all so, so much!

All the best to you! Atkins is a great plan that works when done correctly. I've been doing it for 8+ years!

For emergencies I keep a couple of Atkins shakes at my desk. I like to grill marinated shrimp or chicken kabobs for dinner, make extras, and then bring the leftovers for lunch.
