So still going at it.

Not happy that my ketostix on show some ''traces'' of ketones after a week but what can I do, guess my water intake is messing up my test.... Dreaming of dark pink color now since I can't even think of purple for at this moment

Lost 4.6lb total since I started. I'm at 197.4lb; not much for over 1 week on Atkins I find but (like I said in a different thread) I wont be greedy and instead cherish the small numbers, I'm better today then I was when I started so, more power to me! Soon all those small numbers are gonna make a BIG NUMBER!!

Got my workout in!!! 10min this time!!! So proud of me!!! Can't wait to get to 15min!!! Soon it will come.

Not only I've been able to stick to my diet for 3 weeks, I also work hard on my running and it paid off; I just jogged my first 5k all by myself with my little boy sleeping in his stroller. I can't believe it....

Now if I stick with this regime for 2 more months I can't not see how I would not see some improvements (looking for the scale to show me nice numbers )

Life is good!
