A friend invited me to try a new restaurant with her tonight. I checked - no menu online. I know they specialize in "Mediterranean, Spanish and Greek dining." Hmmmm...I don't know anything about Spanish food; Greek, I love, but all I'm familiar with is pretty carby.
So, I'm thinking I'll find some sort of grilled seafood dish, probably a Mediterranean-inspired something. And surely they serve a Greek salad, a small version? We'll see.
I'm determined to stay as Atkins as possible. I'm certainly not entirely on plan, but I have managed to stay out of anything "white" - flour, sugar, etc. for almost two weeks.
