Talking Yayyyyyyyy for me!
Ok, so I just started back on Atkins after being off for too many months. Yesterday was my start day. If EVER there was a day NOT to start on a new eating plan, yesterday was IT! The day was so stressful I nearly quit my job. The good news??????? I stayed on plan !!!! So, eventhough it's not a huge thing to some, it is MOMENTOUS for me

That is fantastic!! I'm a total stress eater and its so easy to use a bad day as an excuse to go off plan. Congrats for sticking with it!!
