getting organized
I realize that getting organized is the key to sticking with Atkins. especially with my nutty schedule. I have done it before, and slipping up with planning can really bring me down. I am getting breakfast ready for the week as I type, There are eggs in boiling water. There is a custard in the oven. I have shredded cabbage for coleslaw. Have two meals planned for suppers on Monday and Tuesday. on the road to success again.
