  • Thanks for the help, Jerseygirl!
You are so wonderful to read and answer our posts - patiently and with great information and ideas. I can't believe I forgot about pork rinds, and I'm making cheese crackers today.
  • How can I change this thread title? Ideas?
I'd like to change the title of this thread since my first week is well over. I'd like a title to reflect my status, so others won't think I'm still just finishing my first week.

I'm going to be on induction about 80 pounds worth, so it'll be induction for a long time. I'd like others to post who are continuing on induction past a week or two, but are still relatively new (or newly returning) to Atkins.

Should I ask a moderator to change the thread title or just start a new thread? Suggestions? How to's? Suggestions for a new title? Give me some help here...Thanks a bunch!
  • I would start a new thread. How about "Surviving induction" or "Induction (forever)" lol!
By the way the atkins website says you can stay on induction from 2 weeks to a max of 1 year.
  • Hello Sandy I am going to stay on Induction for a while too. I am on day 10 of Induction and I have lost 8 pounds. Congratulations on your loss!!!
  • Starting a new thread...
Ok, great suggestions. I'm dropping this thread and starting "Induction" for a Really Long Time!
  • Way to go on your 2 Lbs!! Keep up the great work!!
  • Yay!
    We can do this!
  • Well done!!
