Default Induction - Is 4oz cheese appropriate?

Hey everyone. I'm on day 4 of induction, and feeling great! No adverse side effects to speak of, and I'm down 3 pounds!

I've been eating 3oz cheese every day. I try to stay at 3oz because it's one of the maximums mentioned (3-4), and I'm a woman. I'm also pretty short at that - about 5'3.

Today, I didn't feel like making breakfast (lazy! LOL), and so I just ate 2ounces of cheese. I kind of like to eat a bit with lunch and dinner though, because it helps boost my calories up. Would 4 ounces hurt, if I count the carbs (1 per ounce, according to the book)? I'm worried about hitting the extreme maximum, in case I made my slices too large or simply because I am a short, relatively smaller woman.
