Default A little bit of encouragement?
Hey all! So i'm new to this forum (Atkins). I did metabolic research center for about 5 months and lost about 35 lbs which I have kept off but would like to reach my goal by my graduation (begenning of may!) so I decided to give atkins a try because I feel like it's the best diet for me!

HOWEVER, I started on induction (even though I only have 15-20 lbs to lose) and at the end of the first week I got the flu, thats what I get for being a nanny to two toddlers! So I started again last week and got the flu again ! I'm TRYING to start again but I need a little encouragement!

Anything you have to say will help! Have you gotten sick while on atkins? How did you get back on track when the ONLY thing that sounds good after having the flu is cupcakes? hahaha.
