Oh..you aren't technically "stalled", as in 4-6 weeks with no weight loss or inches lost. However, you are probably having what they call Post induction stall syndrome (P.I.S.S. - ). After your induction loss, your body pauses to readjust and get ready to lose again. I had one that lasted 3 weeks when I first started Atkins and I just had one again after re-inducting after a month or so of on/off again Atkins after the holidays. After 2.5 weeks....I dropped another 2 lbs. Hang in there and follow the plan as written and you will be fine!

It's as lovely as it sounds. :P

Is there ever a big loss after thestall, or just what you'd expect on a normal week (according to my mother, 1-3 pounds)? I feel like I should be compensated for waiting so long. :P

Thankyou. I feel 100% better now.

You have lost 13 lbs in 22 days....that is an average of 4 lbs per week! That is a big loss! During my original Induction I lost 10 or 12 lbs and I weighed 100 lbs more than you! Your body will decide at what rate it wants to lose it at. Just keep working the plan...and it will work for you.
