me4life no longer single Join Date: Jun 2008 Location: michigan Posts: 732 S/C/G: 225/220.5/150 Height: 5'5"	been busy all week...worked 58 hours. wasn't sure if i was doing something right on atkins since the loss was slow but have been in ketosis all week. woke up to about 6lbs down in 9 days so feel a little better. it just seems to easy to follow sometimes.
