Hello all,

Anyone else use the Ketostix for urine ketone monitoring? If so what level do you measure at?

Mine has been at a moderate level for the last couple of days.

I wanted to touch base with others who monitor ketosis for their experiences.

hey deb...when I did Atkins before...I did use the ketostix and they helped me a lot. Moderate is good....thats usually where I stayed. I could tell by the stix if I slipped up on the carbs too much. I havent been as strict with my diet this time....and I am trying to decide which diet plan to follow right now but for low carb...the ketostix helped me. They dont work for some people however. It does seem they are working for you
