Well, I've had a few days totally off plan ... went a bit crazy and now I'm regreting it! I've given myself a good talking to and I'm starting afresh from today.

L-tilapia, carrots, yellow squash
S-pria bar, 1 C cracker jack
D-brown rice, indian dal, huge salad
S-tea, dark chocolate, air popped popcorn
