Default Planning for Thursday September 14

Morning, chickies! I have a doctor's appointment this morning, so I'm going in to work late and have LOTS to do while I'm there, so I haven't thought much about today's menu, but here's a guess, and who knows, maybe I'll even stick to it:
  • 1.5 cups pineapple chunks
  • small can of peaches
  • 1 cup organic tomato and roasted red pepper soup
  • some sort of black bean concoction (I'm thinking black beans, salsa, corn, seasonings, maybe a splash of organic chicken broth to make it almost soupy, all heated in the crock pot)

Hi.
This is day one for me.

So far I have had only coffee, as we have pretty much NO food in the house, which is one of my problems right now.

My Plan (for the rest of the day)
64 oz water

NO FAST FOOD (we've been living off of it)

balanced supper
salad (veggies only)
Olive Oil/vinegar dressing

chicken breast
whole wheat pasta
tomato sauce
parm cheese

Fresh Fruit for dessert

My husband will stop at the grocery on the way home from work.

I need to find some recipes so we can stock the kitchen!

OHhh man... not so good of a day today. So far I've had:

B.
Half a bagel (150 cals)

L.
1/2 a serving of baked lays (70 cals)
3/4 a tuna sandwhich (400 cals)
1 bag of almond m&ms ( I justified this with the fact that they had almonds in them and almonds are good for you, lol! 200 cals)
1 bottle of diet coke.

So, for dinner I'm planning on having a lean couisine with some extra broccoli on the side, and that shouldn't be more than 500 cals. Hooray!

I'm hoping to get down at least 96 oz of water today, but I'm shooting for 128oz

I've got a messy apartment, so I think I'm going to pull out all of the stops and have a clean-a-thon with my boyfriend, 2 cats, and dog. Attach little feather dusters to their butts (my boyfriend included) and have them run around the house. Hehe. I'll turn on some music and dance while I clean, and try and keep my heart rate up for at least a little bit and count that as my exercise.

Good luck everyone!

Well, so much for planning Let's check my earlier plan against reality, shall we?
  • 1.5 cups pineapple chunks--had a plum instead
  • small can of peaches--had this, but much later than anticipated
  • 1 cup organic tomato and roasted red pepper soup--looks like this will become dinner instead of lunch (and maybe 2 cups since I'm pretty hungry)
  • some sort of black bean concoction (I'm thinking black beans, salsa, corn, seasonings, maybe a splash of organic chicken broth to make it almost soupy, all heated in the crock pot)--haha, right, like I'm going to do all that work tonight...
I can't wait till tomorrow--done with my self-inflicted 4 days of fruits and veggies, so I can eat some REAL food
