I love seeing what y'all are eating - and stashing away ideas - my menus get repetitive and boring.

B'fast:
2 eggs, scrambled, salsa
ww toast w/natural pb
1/2 large peach

snack:
1/2 cup lf cottage cheese with 1/2 large peach

lunch:
salad: romaine, tomato, avocado, orange pepper, lf sesame ginger dressing
salmon patty

snack:
apple
cheese (maybe)

dinner:
chicken, green beans, and ???

Hi Everyone, hope you don't mind me joining your thread ... I tried something similar over on the calorie counters thread but I simply can't keep up with all the calorie counting ... I become too overwhelmed and obsessed about it all and end up completely off track. Hoping that posting my daily menu will help to keep me focused on eating the right things

B - Muesli, skimmed milk
S - Apple
L - Cottage cheese with tuna, Nectarine
S - Plum
D - Homemade Fish Curry with rice
