Sunday's are usually a challenge (DH likes to hit Del Taco for lunch).
B--berries (TJ's has blackberries for a bargain) and yogurt
S--probably nothing, I'm getting a late start on breakfast today
L--quesadilla--I know, not a great choice, but I don't feel like cooking
D--steamed veggies, brown rice and pork chops stuffed with apple almond stuffing (saw these at TJ's and couldn't resist! 190 calories each)
S--nuts if I'm hungry
And to top it off, NO WINE. I have purged the house of red wine (okay, I drank it!
). I will not drink any red wine until I get down to 139. This is my goal this month!
