Default Is it just me or

did the BMI guidelines change? I remember about 6 months ago I was trying to figure out when i would be at a healthy ( albeit a high healthy) weight and that was at 157 lbs, well now i enter it in and it says 154 lbs. I thought it used to be 25 was a healthy BMi and now its 24. so that means I have 3 lbs more to go before I am not overweight anymore!!!! I just wanna be normal....lol

A BMI up to 24.9 is considered normal, so 25 would be in the overweight range. I don't recall it every being different.

Congratulations on your weight loss!
