Hey! I'm up for a challenge! Congrats on your baby! What a wonderful time! My"baby" is leaving for college in less than a month and Mom is feeling fat, old, ugly and soon to be lonely! Gotta snap outta it! I'm really a very happy person, just can't seem get myself motivated! I feel like I'm wearing somebody else over me! It's time to set myself free! Too much to do and too much happiness to enjoy to continue this way! Let me know if you find a group that wants to join us!
im not sure what this challenge should called or what we should focus on im a beginner of ww but im also on a prescibed med called phentermine any ideas are welcomed
that sounds great but my biggest problem is getting discouraged when i dont think im going to make the 10 lb mark at the deadline
how about a
doing it my way 10lb challenge or all about me 10lb challenge, or 1 week at a time 10lb challenge
i thought of that because its so hard for me to stick with a structured plan like 100oz of water, etc
i feel so bad when i dont meet the quota that is expected of me
so i think that every one should share what they do or what works for them
then we can come up with something that we all can keep up with realistically m-sat with sunday as a rest day
weigh in on fridays if everyone can and if we see progress for that week maybe up our water, exercise, etc
what do you guys think
any ideas about exercise that is doable
ww watchers require a certain amount of water then each week we can up it
im just throwing some things out there
i was thinking for me since either im eating not enough points or to many to kind of plan things
like i need 26 points
so im going to plan to have 9points during the am(breakfast and am snack)
7points mid day(lunch and snack) 10points evening(dinner and dessert)
yeah i do to i realize some things do not work for everyone like im thinking about putting myself on a 9point am, 7point midday, and 10point evening target maybe that will help me get all of my points in
ok, whatever you decide. Just explain to me the rules. I do think setting a weight loss goal and a time frame is a good idea, but being realisting like ten pounds in ten weeks. (1 lb a week is a fairly realistic goal).
Maybe each week we do a different short term goal like 'exercise four days for 30 minutes' or something....(I haven't started exercising yet, just got the ok from the Dr. to start.)
that sounds great so each week we can focus on 1 goal like instead of 480z of water to 64oz i also thought it would be interesting to weigh on fridays and try on something that we couldnt wear before on saturdays
