hi i use 1 tablespoon of fiber sure in my shakes whcih equals to 15g of fiber does this add to my points?

I agree with Andrea. Fibersure is 25 cals per tsp, so 1 T is 75 cal. Subtract off the fiber and bango, 1pt.

My question is whether you take it for health reasons, like is it doctor ordered type thing? In that case, I don't think you're supposed to count that as it is a required medication. Just my 2 cents.

i take it on my own i recently had my gallbladder removed and i use it to help things move through my system

Been there, done that. I had my gall bladder out 5 years ago. Learning what I could and couldn't eat was trial and error for me. Good luck to you!
