I love to mountain bike. not that great at it but getting better every time! It's definately a GREAT work out and I have a blast each time I go! It's so much fun that it's the only exercise I have right now that I actually WANT to keep going when we finish the loops!!
I would love to know though - does having your heart rate go up because you're scared you're going to slide off the edge of something help you in any cardiovascular or weight loss way at all???????
