My name is Davina and I'm a newbie in this forum. I'm 23, a UK transplant living in Los Angeles, 5'1 and 125 lbs. I've lost about 23 pounds on my own by diet and exercise (over 2 years), but my resolve to hit my UGW of 105 has decreased (I know many people think 105 is to low, but at 5'1 it puts me at a healthy BMI). I've tried WW, Atkins, South Beach, but I do think in the end, its all about calories in vs. calories out!
I was wondering if anyone would be interested in starting an Official Monday weigh-in thread? I think it'll be a great motivation to keep those weekend calories in check
