Smile Anyone Up For Monday Weigh-In Days?

Hi Everyone!

My name is Davina and I'm a newbie in this forum. I'm 23, a UK transplant living in Los Angeles, 5'1 and 125 lbs. I've lost about 23 pounds on my own by diet and exercise (over 2 years), but my resolve to hit my UGW of 105 has decreased (I know many people think 105 is to low, but at 5'1 it puts me at a healthy BMI). I've tried WW, Atkins, South Beach, but I do think in the end, its all about calories in vs. calories out!

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in starting an Official Monday weigh-in thread? I think it'll be a great motivation to keep those weekend calories in check Let me know what you guys think and I hope to get a chance to chat with you guys later on!

I am (as of this morning) 144 (5' 4") and would also like to see 125. Maybe this is what I need to stick with it!

I'll meet you here on Monday as well. My goal is to be at 124 by 9-16-06 - my wedding day. I need to lose 1 pound per week to hit that goal and I need to be accountable. Maybe we could start a new thread and call it "Calorie Control Headquarters". We could put in our starting weight and goals and anything else that will help you along. Each Monday, we go in and update our original post so that all of our info is in one post and the thread won't get so long. We could use another thread to post our comments, well wishes, and congratulations, etc. Please feel free to add any suggestions that will make this idea work. Great idea Davina!

Today 146

I did not have a good weekend with dieting. Well, today is a new day and this is a new week. Hopefully this thead will help me keep on track.
