Back to the Beach!
Ok I'm back on the beach. I really never left. I just took phase 3 and made my own mid leves in it. I excercise regularly so I didn't gain any major weight back but I'm not comfortable with the way I've been eating. I felt myself cheating a little too much. The carbs were showing up in my food diary a little too much. I just need to do a little structured eating again. With my workout schedule I'm jumping back to phase 2 instead of phase 1, also insead of just boiled eggs which are suggested alone as a snack I'm coupling that with a low-glycemic fruit, apple, strawberries, b/c I usually go workout after my snack and I need some carbs at that time. When I looked at phase 2 last night I realized that my eating was a little out of order, SBD will help be get back in order. My dietitian reccomends 8 meals a day I feel I can incorporate what I get from SBD into that. Eating every 2 hours is not easy but I'm giving it a shot. Wish me luck.
