Does anyone have specific home exercises to reduce your waist? I seem to be losing inches along with pounds everywhere except my waist. My only exercise is walking - 2 brisk miles and 1 strolling mile per day. I do have some hand weights - 2, 3, 5 pounds, but don't use them, and don't have exercises to do.
I do a 15 min tummy tape religiously every day and my weights and I do 36 flights of stairs as well as a 1 mile brisk walk (EVERY DAY) -- My waist has gone down 2 inches but the belly under my waist hasn't moved! Very frustrated! A tummy tuck is out of the question.
