Want to switch things up from my usual routine and bought Jillian Michaels latest book. Alot of her exercises are for weight machines which I don't have. Is there a dumbell substitution for the following:
Medium-G Seated Cable Row
Back Extensions
Seated Hamstring Curls
Terry Pulls
Close-G Pull-Down
Leg Press
Low Rows
Seated Cable Row
Tricep Press Downs
Reverse Curls
