I decided to try that "fitday" thingie to figure out my caloric intake for every day. I started on the first. I added it all up and it came out to 1313. Yesterday it was only 558. Now, even with all the "little things" I may have forgotten or skipped, that doesn't seem to be enough. I don't know what to do, because I want to lose weight the healthy way and I'm not trying to starve myself or anything, I just can't seem to do that. I've been eating every 3 hours (I learned that at Slender Lady. That's good, no?) but sometimes it's only vegetables which are pretty low on the calories, apparantly. I didn't think so. So what should I do? Where should I increase the calories? Because if it were up to me, I'd be eating chocolates to fill the gap.
Is anyone having these problems? Or know what to do about it? I thought I was pretty full up, but obviously not.
