Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce

Lunch: FF Feta cheese eggbeater omelet

Snack: A couple of grapes

Dinner: Spring Mix salad with tomotoes and mushrooms, Core Meat sauce served over ww rotini, broccoli

Snack: Frosty

Well not really sure yet? Slept in very late!

Breakfast (12 noon) 1 banana, 1 glass milk, watermelon slices

Lunch:?? 1 burger, corn on the cob, buckwheat

Dinner- no idea- may go to sil's pool (very warm today) if so will probably bring steak to bbq???


What I really ate::
breakfast & lunch as is - but had some sliced peaches and blueberries w/coolwhip for desert

pm: ff decaf cappuccino at Starbucks

Dinner: - had a whopping big headache - ended up eating scrambled eggs, slice of toast, sliced tomato and glass of milk

snack: popcorn
