Patti, how do you make your toasted cuke sandwich? I love both cucumber and tomato sandwiches, and toasted sounds intriguing.

Thanks,
Angela

Patti, I still think you're not eating enough, especially protein, but HUGE congratulations on your loss!

Congrats Patti - way to go - I also think you need more food? Make sure you get in at least 5-10 servings of fruits/veggies, 2 milks and your good oils. Keep up the good work (have you tried splenda or brown sugar twin in your oatmeal?)

Breakfast: big bowl of fibre 1 cereal, sliced banana, skim milk

Lunch:?? hungry now but don't know what I want to have??

Snack: sf/ff yogurt w/fruit (must finish the peaches as they are looking sad today!)

Dinner: grilled steak, sauteed mushrooms/onions, baked potato, brocolli or salad.
watermelon

marg Im getting used to eating my sandwiches dry)
salt and pepper

Oh gosh this reminds me of me and my Dad eating tomato sandwiches - big juicy beefsteak tomatoes - on fresh bread - SLATHERED WITH BUTTER - oh well a girl can dream, can't she?

I used to have the same kind of tomato sandwhiches, Frouf! Complete with butter and on white bread. Those were the good old ignorant days before we knew better or worried about our weight.
