Default did I get the right book?

I just went to Barnes and Nobles to get the new addition for the Atkins woe however they all are written by Dr. Atkins and even the sale lady didnt know which one is the newest one so I probably spent 25.00 unnecessarily on a book that was just as fine as the 7.00 ones right? The one I got is called "Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution and they all said "new" so I didnt know what one is the one so many of you are going by. but this says "completely updated must have new addition" so I figured that meant its the newest version, I just hope it is fine. And I hope it truly is different than the websites guidlelines.

I'm sure it's fine. I've not looked at the bigger, hard covered books. I bought mine from Wal-Mart and it's paperback. You'll know it's different from the websight if the book doesn't allow Atkins bars and other types of things like that.

Yes, Dr. Atkin's New Diet Revolution (DANDR for short). I personally prefer the 2002 edition because it was published while Dr. A was still living. The newer version includes things that the good doctor didn't sanction in his diet, but that the Atkins Nutritionals now promote in order to make $$ off of their products. For example, Dr. A said to have protein bars ONLY occasionally when there was no other option.

I've been doing Atkins for nearly a year and have found that it is definately a lifestyle that I can stick with forever.

Yup you can tell by the date it was published, 2002 is the most recent one. Can you return any of them?
