Pookie! Look at you What a gorgeous new picture

I haven't actually read the new BFL for Women book. When I originally did BFL, my feeling was that it was too much food, too many carbs and not enough cardio for at least, an "older" woman. Or for me, in particular. If that's changed, great.

I did want to tell you how maaah-velous you look!
