Hi I have just read the THYROID DIET book and I am starting this tomorrow... have done ATKINS for a year... need something more well balanced. I hear this is alot like South Beach.... does anyone know how similar it is???? Is there anyone here doing this diet? Would love to hear from you and get your opinions on it so far. Thanks
