Hi,

Have any of you heard about the APEX program? I guess it is offered through gyms. Its nutritional councling and personal training. I was just wondering if any of you have been through it or know of it. Thanks

There was a thread on Apex in the Buyer Beware forum a couple weeks ago - you can find it at this link.

hey BabySteps...

My gym uses apex and calls their training programs the "apex program." Basically what it is a guide that the trainer uses for each session. More specifically, what he is supposed to talk to me about during each session. I don't know how closely my gym follows the program, but my sessions with my trainer have nothing to do with apex. He doesn't push me to take supplements or anything, he just works me out. So, my opinion is that the apex program in itself doesn't really mean as much as having a really good trainer at your particular gym. (you can also read about my intense love for my trainer in other threads, lol). Hope this makes sense.

Thanks for answering...sounds like it just may be an overpriced, unnecessary, kind of program.

thanks
