Default Spryng - re 0 point nonCore foods!

I got a it further clarified by my leader (at her Thursday night meeting). She said if you are TRULY only using 1 serving as zero points then that would be ok however if you use several 0 point freebies you need to count for them. She then said 'do what you did on Flex' for every 4-5 (depending on the calorie count) take a point.

ok thanks Kelly for clearing that up!! I was afraid we'd have count everything off the core list, even things that were 0 pts, so I'm relieved to find out it's still like on flex. Thanks so much!

I will say this is not what has officially been put out by W/W but what my leader suggests since there there is no clarification and we are usually the last area to get changes she says to stick with what you did before.
