Default Question about nuts ...

When it says limit to one serving daily, does that mean all nuts in general or just one serving of that particular nut - could I have, for example, peanut butter and cashews or just one or the other?

I believe it is one serving of nuts in general. So if you have the cashews today for a snack then no more nuts for today.
