Tuesday: 30 hour on tred mill running..100 crunches 30 push ups, 20 suicides!

So went to the doctor today...i felt really winded last night after running..this morning i woke up coughing a blood clot..followed by a bloody nose...my ekg came back abnormal..so i get to sit through 3 hours of test on friday...i was told to cool out on my exercising and get some more iron in my diet...i hate the doctors! but do what they tellya i guess!

lol...30 minutes LOL...wow at least you caught that! no the night I was on it I ran 45 minutes and felt like crap and that's unusual for me...lol thanks for the laugh!
