www.fitday.com to calculate your calories. If you are over 2000 a day, I would think it would be hard to lose weight. I would use that along with portion control on the more fatty or caloric items you eat, such as cheese, to control the size of your dinners. Lots of veggies (as long as they aren't covered in cheese) fill you up and are great! Judge on whether you are hungry...that's the real key.
