Default Am I eating too much?

Hi,
I read what everyone was serving for dinner. I wonder if I have too many items. We had a turkey burger, popcorn cauliflower which we finished, salad and a roasted pepper. Is that too much?

How big was the burger? I eat tons of vegies and my dinners always look huge! But they are very low calorie and OP.

Carol, your meal sounds fine! The more veggies the better!

My turkey burger was about 5 ounces. I'm glad that the meal was fine. I was a bit full, but happy.

Carol, you can use www.fitday.com to calculate your calories. If you are over 2000 a day, I would think it would be hard to lose weight. I would use that along with portion control on the more fatty or caloric items you eat, such as cheese, to control the size of your dinners. Lots of veggies (as long as they aren't covered in cheese) fill you up and are great! Judge on whether you are hungry...that's the real key.

Your meal sounds good. Five pounds is fine. There are loads of vegies in there so that is a good thing.
