I been having the munchies like really bad lately, what do u guys do when u have the munchies but dont wanna eat? I've already had my meals so i odnt have any calories left for the day. (on my diet plan)
Sometimes I also drink a big glass of water & the desire to munch will go away. I also have used the trick I heard somewhere to go brush your teeth and floss! After your mouth feels so good you don't want to really eat on something...it works!
I will drink water or have a small piece of reduced fat cheese or a glass of skim milk. Sometimes celery (with it's almost negative cals) satisfies with it's crunch!
