7:30 - Extra sharp cheddar slices (.5)
8:30 - Coffee w/splenda; maybe I should go back to decaf??? (2)
10:30 - Yogurt (3)
1:00 - Shrimp salad w/asparagus (3)
4:00 - Hot dog w/lc bun (11)
7:00 - Pork Ribs & Steamed spinach (4)

Total = 23.5

Well, yesterday was no good. Do you know that all day concerts don't have low carb food booths?

12:30 - Subway wrap (7)
7:00 - Crab w/butter (1)

Total = 13.5

lunch - atkins shake, 3 pieces pork stew meat, 1/4 cup green beans - 3

dinner - greek marinated turkey cutlets - 5, garlic green beans or spinach salad - 3, cheesecake (if I get it made) - 5

Total - 17.5

Saturday Plan

Breakfast - onion, tomato, cheese omelet - 4

Lunch - LC Peanut Butter & 50/50 Jelly Sanwich - 15

Dinner - Marinated Steak Tips, funeral faux-tatoes, cheesecake - 8

Total - 27

Sunday Plan

omelet - 3

hamburger w/salad - 2

dinner - seasoned tilapia, roasted squash & zuchinni - 4

Total - 9 (I'm sure there is something I'm missing!)

I will let you know. We have had a couple of various cauliflower casseroles. Your recipe has slightly different ingredients and cooking directions, so I'm hoping for a new twist!
