Goodbye pounds AND inches!!
I'm in my second week of phase 1:
I know this diet is advertised as the "lose belly fat first" diet so as I have done at the beginning of all previous diets I measured myself (arms, neck, bust, waist at the belly button, waist across the biggest party of my belly, hips and thighs).
After one week (ONE WEEK!!) I lost 1 inch off my thighs, half inch off my neck, one inch off my waist and......4.5 INCHES OFF MY BELLY!!
WOO-HOO!!!!! And that was with NO excercise last week!!
Did any of you other ladies measure yourself before starting?
