Default Maintain? PAH! I say PAH!

I have had enough! I have changed my avatar from a ginger ape to a walking mad wobbly woman - both are fair representations of me (obese strawberry blonde) but I am just now kicking in the exercise for ME.

You see I teach classes, I don't take them! As an instructor I only expend about 60% of the energy the client does - that's how we manage to talk to you, do you see? We make it easier for ourselves! It is cheating!

I went to Waitrose today - a posh Saturday nibbly tea type shop - and I found a diary just for me! It is white and yellow and has a skinny mare, complete with walkman, joggling over the words "Exercise Girl" - makes yer want to puke!

Inside the diary pages have spaces for me to fill in the date, my weight (aaaaaaaaaaaaaargh) a daily goal, exercise type and duration (twice, am I a masochist or something?) plus breakfast lunch dinner and 2 snacks (whoopee) - it even has 10 little tick boxes for water intake.

Yes girls I did - I bought it! You never know I might even use it!!!!!

So watch my space - maintaining ain't an option I need to be a loser - being a oner is just 1.5 pounds away - what a place to stick!!!

I actually used it! I did I did I did!

I will be using it cos I really do have to start getting fitter. I really have let myself go flub over the last year. I can't keep using the burnout and injury excuses. Although they were true initially, they haven't been recently. I have just been unfit and lazy!!

So I got the DH to box with me this morning. He has resisted for weeks - I think he thought he would hurt me - but he really got into it and we both enjoyed it. So we will try it out for a while!

So now I only need to find something to do the other 5 days of the week!!!
