Thumbs down

Hi!

I haven`t been able to find nutritional information anywhere for a treat that I enjoy. They are 3 oz cheese tea biscuits that I enjoy once in a while with a cup of tea. Does anyone have any idea how many points would be in one of them? Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Not sure about a cheese tea biscuit (yum, I love them!), but a 3 oz plain tea biscuit is 5 points and a raisin tea biscuit is 6 points from Tim Horton's. Maybe add another point for a 3 oz cheese biscuit making it 7? I dunno. Lots of points, but worth as a treat now and again with a hot cup of tea. Now I have a craving...

Thanks Flib!

Where did you find that information? I looked in all my WW books and I couldn`t even find a plain tea biscuit!

Thanks for your help!

Point values for A&W, Double Double Pizza, Great CAnadian Bagel Company, Harvey's, Mmmuffins, Mr.Sub, Orange Juilius, Swiss Chalet, Tim's, and Yogen Fruz are all listed in the "Canadian Fast Food supplement." It's a little booklet I bought for a couple bucks at my meeting centre. It was last year, but I *think* they still have them. Dotti has points for at least some of these places on her Web site at dottisweightlosszone.com as well. I hope you're able to get a copy of the booklet though. It's really handy! Have a great day, Flib
