And the dressing is, I'm pretty sure, 1 pt. Last I looked on the package it was 35 calories and no fiber, no fat, anyway.
I am so incredibly addicted to these salads, it's sad. It doesn't work me trying to make them on my own, either. Often at work I'll take a walk down to the mall to pick one up. In fact, I have one sitting in my fridge for lunch even now.
I usually buy them two at a time. I thought it was so silly to buy salad when you can easily make your own, but it's just not the same! Plus, I can have the McDonalds "experience" without the fat and grease! What do you count them as? I know the dressing in one point...do you think another point should be added for the cheese on the salad?
I count the salad as 2 points. That's what all the posts that talked about them classified them as. They're 100 calories, and I bet about 60-70 of those calories are the eggs and cheese. Plus, for a salad, I seem to remember them being pretty high in fat. (Again, from the cheese.)
Then again, I also eat above the number of points I "should" eat. When I was actually eating healthier, and in about a 30-35 point range, I was still managing to lose. This was when I was about 175.
Hi, in my dining out companion from WW the points for the salad shakers are chef-3 pts, garden-2 pts, grilled chicken ceaser 2 pts croutons 1 packet is 1 pt. the fat free herb vinaigrette is 1 pt for the whole pkg.
I too love these they are fresher then the regular salads they used to have. Me
