Well, its my first week weigh in and I lost 3 pounds. I am thrilled. The biggest thing is I like the program and i can do this. I dont need to lose 7 pounds a week, every time I do thoes kind of diets i gain it back anyway, not to mention I cant stay on them Im always slipping. Weight watchers makes sense, "I can have the foods I love and still lose weight"
Congratulations BabySteps! You're on the right track . I'm on my 4th week of this program and I'm loving the flexibility, thus the name Flexpoints, eh? Just remember, slow and steady wins the race. Keep up the good work.
IM so very very proud of you!!! i've matured from tha thinkin i have to loose a pound a day to even sayin loosing a pound a week..even 2 months ago i would've said i wanted to loose 7 pounds a week Now im like "hey..whatever i loose i loose,atlest i dont gain!! id rather be countin points then pounds!"
