I know its not amazing for many people to make it to day 4 on a diet...........but for me it is. I am doing ok. I like that I can have anything I want...as long as I count it. I am thinking this just may work for me.
Hi BabySteps. Good job on sticking to it. I just started WW about 3 weeks ago and I also like the aspect of no foods being off-limits (as long as you count the points honestly), while it's a psychological trick for me, just knowing that does help. BabySteps! i jus read yer other post...i promise myself 6 months on WW's to see a change an if nothing happend then im finding another means of weightloss i have 215 pounds to loose tho...an this is my 3rd week an i've lost almost 10 pounds... I had to emotinaly an phyiscaly set myself up for success,if you think you will fail 9 outta 10 chances you will believe in yourself!! i believed in myself an i cant believe this is my 3rd week !!!! Im very proud of you to even start WW's its hard to admit you need to diet...But you can get it off an take it off i'll stick with you for the 6 months an push you along if i have to aslong as your willing to push me along as well
