Default my new challange.
ok as some of you may recalli posted a rather embarrasing photo of my white pastey body on here a while back. and i promised another one when i got to 204lb. well thats not gonna happen in the near future so i decided i'll put my next one on here on my birthday which is december 11. so i got just under 3 months to get some work done hopefully this will be my motivation to get my fat arse moving instead of mopeing around drinking copious amounts of alcohol and munching pizza after pizza. and i promise not to touch the special substances this time.
