I'm starting this thread mostly for myself but feel free to contribute and refer back to the thread if you're feeling weak.
I just resisted milk chocolate. My FAVOURITE. I'm visiting family and it's there for everyone to take, and I resisted. I've had a desert today already (homemade peach crumble, yum) in what I consider a moderate amount, and I know I can't afford to slip up and have some chocolate.
I want this thread to be a proof that we are able to say no for the sake of our health. And just like my mom tells me, if you're really hungry, you'll eat an apple and be happy!
