I love portobella mushrooms and I make myself burgers from them so the only points come from the bun and I use the WW buns when I can get them. I put sauteed onions and red and green peppers on them and I will also sometimes include a slice of fat free swiss cheese. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it because I haven't had one in a few weeks. Makes a great at work lunch I just put the mushroom and vegies in the microwave to heat them up a bit and then put my burger together. I sure draw a croud when I have that for lunch.
